It's a free 30-minute intro call with one of our AI workflow engineers. We walk through 3 workflows where AI could save staff time without removing human review, and you leave knowing where you'd start. From there we both decide if it's a fit.

How much does it cost?

It is a monthly engagement, scoped to your clinic and your workflows. It is not one size fits all, and it is not a SaaS subscription to a generic tool. You will have a proposal with exact numbers after the call.

How fast does this move?

You'll have a proposal within 48 hours of the call. Builds run 8 to 12 weeks end to end, and you will have a working AI employee to evaluate before the full build begins.

Everything we build is HIPAA-compliant by design, and our team signs BAAs before touching any patient data. One thing worth knowing: there is no such thing as a HIPAA certification, so be careful with anyone who claims one.
