Relay started inside the work. We ran a consulting practice for pediatric and adult therapy clinics, two sides of one business. The first was staffing, sourcing the qualified clinicians clinics couldn't hire fast enough. The second was compliance, prepping clinics for audits and auditing them internally so the back office held up against MCO, state, and federal rules. Across 100+ clinics, we did the same manual tasks by hand, over and over.
Then AI made that work buildable.
We watched clinics win the same way: the right systems keep the same team from losing hours to manual work. So we stopped renting that work out by the hour and built it into custom AI employees that run on each clinic's existing stack.
